Our 78-acre Indianapolis-based research park is located on prime land along the I-70 corridor near the midfield terminal of the Indianapolis International Airport. This park’s flagship incubator, the Purdue Technology Center of Indianapolis, opened in February of 2009.

Our mixed-use, business and technology park under development by Purdue Research Foundation and Holladay Properties is the centerpiece of the latest 400-acre phase of AmeriPlex-Indianapolis, a nearly 1,500-acre development.
