Sales and marketing industry experts to speak about CRM at Butler on May 13

INDIANAPOLIS - CEOs, CMOs, presidents or owners of businesses that sell through distribution channels will learn about best practices in CRM (critical revenue multiplier), sales and marketing during a seminar 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. ET May 13 at the Butler University campus.
Debbie Pierce, who has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and founded the Indianapolis-based startup NitroMojo, and Melissa Beckwith, who has developed and executed marketing communication plans for clients ranging from national manufacturers to regional equipment distributors, will speak at the Critical Revenue Multiplier Seminar. The event will be held at the Holcomb Building, Room 122 on the Butler campus, 4600 Sunset Ave., Indianapolis.
Topics include evaluating a company's current CRM position, integrating distribution channels and end buyers into the sales and marketing process, using business intelligence to take action, and selecting the right technology solution for a business.
