The technology park under development by Purdue Research Foundation and Holladay Properties is the centerpiece of the latest 400-acre phase of AmeriPlex-Indianapolis, a nearly 1,500-acre development. The Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) and the Indiana University Medical Center are nearby.
