Discovery Park Partners

A place for startup offices, student entrepreneurial activities, and industry and Purdue research partnerships

Discovery Park Partners provides office and co-working space at a nominal cost to support early-stage startups and to benefit Purdue's strong industry partnerships by making the facility available for organizations and corporations that collaborate on Purdue's research activities.

The nearly 10,000-square-foot facility is located at 1601 State St. in West Lafayette, Ind., on the far west side of the Purdue University West Lafayette campus.

Discovery Park Partners is a collaborative effort between Purdue Research Foundation and Purdue's Discovery Park. Amenities offered include:

  • Private office and incubator space for faculty, staff and student entrepreneurs near the Purdue University campus
  • Co-working space for organizations and corporations that partner with Purdue
  • Networking opportunities
  • Flexible working space
  • Conference rooms

The facility houses a student-run entrepreneurial co-working space and business incubator called the Anvil.
